Although I enjoy knitting and crocheting, the world of hand-made art yarns is new to me. I have to admit that when I saw these pictures, I could not even say right away what these things are. I am glad to share my newly-gained knowledge with you: these are spindles! You can find them at

The polymer clay disks on them are called whorls, and they were custom made by Marcia from marsdesign.etsy.com (who were already featured here on Polymer Clay Chameleon earlier this year).
