INDUSTRIAL

Adam of AcrylicAndSteel.etsy.com makes these cool industrial necklaces with some steampunk flavor from his wife's roller skates. The main part is an up-cycled Abec-7 bearing, filled with polymer clay, and it has an additional steel ring in the center.

Find out more about this lovely young family and their art by visiting their blog, acrylicandsteel.blogspot.com.

SOPHISTICATED

I felt very lucky when I spotted Susan Waddington's shop yesterday (polydogz.etsy.com). I am a long-time fan of Susan's work.

All she has in her Etsy shop right now is one necklace for sale and three in Sold category, but you can spend hours admiring just those few pieces. For more, visit her web site polydogz.com.

DOTTED

I was about to show some nice shiny polymer clay cabochons by Sharon Solly that I found in her Etsy shop, but I forgot all about them when I looked through Sharon's photo album.

These amazing beads look so convincingly as lampwork, yet Sharon made them using Kato liquid clay!

HARMONIOUS

These hand-made polymer clay beads were created especially for cozy knitted or crocheted items. I found them in rensfibreart.etsy.com. These beads are made by Renate Kirkpatrick, an Aussie, who lives in the sub-tropics and whose inspirations come from the natural world around her.

POPULAR

Stylized poppies in all kinds of materials – metal, leather, polymer clay – are ever so popular this season. Here are some beautiful examples from Flambeaux.etsy.com by Tressa Procter-King.

Can't resist providing a link to my own take on this design:
